Pro Forma - Payment before delivery of goods. (unless expressly agreed otherwise)
Depending on availability, purchases may be made directly through the Goldie
London head office. By placing an order with us you hereby agree to pay for and

All Goldie London products are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve
the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order
or to divide up orders. We will however inform you if we are unable to fill your
Pricing and Payment Options
While we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we
discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will give you the
option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are
unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices for wholesale customers exclude VAT at the applicable current rates, but
exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
For wholesale customers worldwide, all prices are exclusive of VAT. The VAT
charges only apply to those based in U.K., Ireland and Channel Islands. This also
applies to all E.U. countries unless provided with a valid VAT number.
Goldie London accepts the following forms of payment for purchases:
- Direct deposit
- American Express (AMEX)
Transaction charged to your credit card will be made after we have verified your
card details and received credit authorization. If you receive a confirmation of
order email after completing your transaction, your credit card transaction has

refundable. Please allow 1 to 3 business days after your invoice has been settled
and all stock is available, for process of your order unless expressly stated

processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.
Goldie London cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 working days. We will then issue you with a
credit note within 30 days, on receipt, excluding shipping charges, or exchange
the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we
recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for
the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact email@example.com quoting
your invoice number, your name and address, details of the product and the
reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement, within 7
days of receipt. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have
30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact
firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address,
details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to
proceed with the return. *Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure
that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a
scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item
where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item
must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
