Goldie London: Style Icon of the Week: Alison Mosshart

After her epic performance at Glasto last weekend as front woman of the Kills, my obsession with Alison Mosshart is growing ever bigger! She rocked out on stage in just simple black skinny jeans and a sheer black blouse, but for me, she was one of the best dressed at the whole festival. I've spent so long looking through photos of her performing, and I just literally cannot get enough of her stage outfits... slightly androgynous but super hot, with that "I don't care" vibe, the woman is just so effortlessly cool!! And not to mention she has Kate Moss as a groupie! With her trademark jet-black mop and fringe covering her face, and that grungey, gravelly voice, she is sexy, mysterious and intriguing...

Rarely seen in a dress, no-one rocks a pair of skinny jeans better then Alison. Her style is casual and eclectic, combining tight black trousers with faded, worn-out rocker tees and vintage shirts, long scarves and an enviable collection of boots (which I really want to get my hands on!). Her outfits always look seamless and natural, matching key designer pieces with unique vintage and charity shop finds. The look is completed with baggy jumpers, vintage fur coats, jazzy blazers and studded leather jackets. She really is the epitome of cool!!!
