If you haven't come across her already, Masha Mel is a Russian fashion photographer based in London. She uses film photography, which I love because it leaves the photos unedited and gives them a beautiful antique quality. I also love that she chooses models that have interesting features and she captures playful moments as well as deep, thoughtful shots.
